Community transport is local people helping local people get around. ​These services are usually run by not-for-profit organisations or volunteers and are separate from council-run public transport. ​

They can be a good option if you: ​

  • live in a rural area or somewhere with limited bus services ​
  • do not have access to a car ​
  • need help getting to appointments, shops, or community activities ​
