This report focuses specifically on the state and trends of the groundwater systems and is a follow up to the NERMN Groundwater Monitoring Report 2013 (Barber et al., 2013)

It provides an overview of the groundwater system including: 

• A summary of rainfall, lysimeter (rainfall infiltration and soil moisture), groundwater level and 
  quality data collected between 1989 and 2023.
• An analysis of the state and trend of the groundwater resource based on the data collected.
• Recommendations to address any deterioration in the state of the groundwater resource 
  based on the data analysis.
• A summary of the numerical models held by the BOPRC
