The Regional Council will meet to hear submissions on the Annual Plan 2026-2027 and Long Term Plan 2024-2034 Amendment consultation on the following days
Monday 20 April 2026
To be held in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga.
The hearings will commence at 10:30am
Tuesday 21 April 2026
To be held at Huria Marae, 1 Te Kaponga Street, Brookfield, Tauranga.
A pōwhiri will take place at 9:00am, with the hearing to commence at approximately 9:45am.
Wednesday 22 April 2026
To be held in Mātaatua Room, BOPRC Offices, 5 Quay Street, Whakatāne
The hearings will commence at 10:30am
Thursday 23 April 2026
To be held in Council Chambers, Rotorua Lakes Council, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.
The hearings will commence at 10:30am
All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
