Reason for Emergency Meeting
The reason why it needs to be discussed at this Emergency Meeting is that the deadline for submissions is Friday 20 February 2026. In addition, the meeting is being called inside the three working day timeframe that would otherwise enable this to be considered an extra-ordinary meeting.
All meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public except where the provisions of Section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 apply.
