Reason for Penalty Remission

Council will consider applications for the remission of rates penalties where the ratepayer has a good record of previous payment history, and rates have been paid in full, or a direct debit or suitable payment arrangement has been set up. Please see council's remission policy (PDF 354.87KB) for further detail.
