The Regional Council meeting that was scheduled to meet on Wednesday 25 February 2026 in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga at 9.30am has been cancelled.

An extraordinary meeting of the Regional Council will be held at 2.00pm on Monday 23 February 2026 in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga

An emergency meeting of the Komiti Māori will be held on Wednesday 18 February 2026 in Council Chambers, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga.

The Strategy and Policy Committee meeting notified as being scheduled for Tuesday 18 February at 9.30am should have been Wednesday 18 February at 9.30am. 

The Executive Employment Committee meeting that was scheduled to meet on Thursday 19 February 2026 in Meeting Room 1, Regional House, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga at 9.30am has been cancelled.

The Komiti Māori meeting scheduled for Wednesday 11 February 2026 will start at an earlier revised time of 9:00am.
